Shipping Policy

Delivery Area
The PRODUCTS offered can only be delivered within USA. It is not possible to provide a shipping address outside this REGION. PRODUCTS are sent to the delivery addresses specified by the CUSTOMER during the ordering process.

Delivery Time
Your order will be delivered within 10–15 business days.
The time required to prepare the order, issue the invoice, and confirm product stock availability on our WEBSITE is taken into account. These periods exclude weekends and official holidays.
Provided that the email address entered in the registration form is correct, the CUSTOMER will automatically receive an email notification when the PRODUCTS are shipped.

Delivery Times and Costs
During the ordering process, the SELLER informs the CUSTOMER about possible delivery times and options for the purchased PRODUCTS. Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected delivery method. Unless free shipping is offered, these costs are added to the price of the purchased PRODUCTS and must be paid by the CUSTOMER. Details of delivery times and costs are specified on our WEBSITE.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS
The package will be delivered to the CUSTOMER upon signature and presentation of an ID. In case of absence, the courier will leave a delivery notice for the CUSTOMER to collect the package.

DELIVERY ISSUES
At the end of the online ordering process, once the order is approved, the CUSTOMER is informed of the delivery date depending on the chosen carrier. Deliveries will be made within a maximum of thirty (30) days.
If delivery fails, the CUSTOMER must notify the SELLER within a reasonable time. If delivery is still not made within this period, the CUSTOMER may cancel the contract. Upon receipt of the cancellation notice, the SELLER will refund the total amount paid for the PRODUCTS—including taxes and delivery costs—using the same payment method used by the CUSTOMER, without undue delay.
The SELLER remains responsible for the PRODUCT until it is delivered to the CUSTOMER. The CUSTOMER is reminded that they have three (3) days from delivery to report any damage or missing items to the carrier.
